FATAL MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION
Investigation ongoing 

LONDON, ON (December 23, 2025) – Members of the London Police Service Uniformed Division and Road Safety Section are investigating a fatal motor vehicle collision that took place late this afternoon in the north end of the city.

On Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at approximately 3 p.m., emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a female pedestrian in a parking lot in the 1400-block of Beaverbrook Avenue, just west of Wonderland Road.  

The pedestrian was transported to hospital by paramedic services with life-threatening injuries. She has since succumbed to those injuries in hospital.

The involved driver remained on scene. 

The investigation has been reassigned to members of the London Police Service Road Safety Section and is ongoing.  

The involved parking lot, north-west of the of the intersection of Beaverbrook Avenue and Wonderland Road, is currently closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic while police remain on scene.

Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area between 2:45 – 3:10 p.m., and may have witnessed the collision, or who has dashcam, residential, or business surveillance footage, to please contact us.
