FATAL MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION 
Investigation ongoing

LONDON, ON (October 21, 2025) – Members of the London Police Service (LPS) Road Safety Section are investigating a fatal motor vehicle collision that took place this morning.

Shortly before 8:25 a.m. this morning, emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle collision in the area of Fanshawe Park Road West and Pinnacle Parkway.

One of the drivers, an adult male, was transported to hospital by paramedic services with serious injuries.

The driver of the second vehicle, also an adult male, was transported to hospital by paramedic services with serious-life-threatening injuries and has since succumbed to his injuries in hospital.

Investigators with the LPS Road Safety Section are asking anyone who was in the area between 8:15 – 8:30 a.m., that may have dash-cam or security footage that could assist with the investigation, to contact the London Police Service.

The road was closed for several hours but has since re-opened and all lanes are again operational.

The investigation remains ongoing.
