Commitment to Accessibility

The London Police Service strives to meet the needs of all our community members by removing barriers for people with disabilities. We are committed to offering information and services to persons with disabilities, in ways that are consistent with the principles of dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity.

We are working to provide accessibility solutions, in accordance with the standards set out within the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). We lead with courtesy and respect and to ensure everyone feels welcome. Please note: Some of our historical documents are in the process of being made accessible and are currently being updated to meet AODA standards.

If you require a report or publication in an alternate format or language, please send a request to the Risk Management Unit.
