Two women facing charges

LONDON, ON (May 13, 2025) – Two women are facing charges after a man suffered serious, but non-life-threating injuries as a result of a fire yesterday afternoon.

On Monday, May 12, 2025, at approximately 9 a.m., a man was seated in the 200-block of Wellington Street when a woman approached him and poured an unknown liquid on him. The woman then proceeded to pour hand sanitizer on him, ignited the liquids on fire, and walked away.

Seeking the public’s assistance 

LONDON, ON (May 12, 2025) – The London Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Aliyah Nand, of London.

Aliyah is described as female, approximately 5’5”, slim build with shoulder length black hair. She may be wearing glasses and her hair in a ponytail, and was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants with white designs on them, white running shoes and carrying a black backpack.

London man arrested

LONDON, ON (May 9, 2025) – A London man has been charged after members of the London Police Service Uniformed Division located a stolen vehicle in the city’s south end early this morning.

At approximately 5:40 a.m. this morning, officers on patrol located a vehicle with what appeared to be paper license plates parked in a parking lot in the 1100-block of Wellington Road.

Police located a male sleeping in the drivers’ seat and confirmed the license...

London man arrested

LONDON, ON (May 9, 2025) – A London man has been arrested after members of the London Police Service responded to a motor vehicle collision yesterday afternoon.

Shortly before 5 p.m., on Thursday, May 8, 2025, a driver of a vehicle called 9-1-1 to report a hit and run motor vehicle collision near Wonderland Road North and Gainsborough Road.

Police were provided with the license plate, description of the vehicle and driver.
