UPDATE # 3 – LONDON, ON (May 2, 2022) – Members of the LPS Traffic Management Unit have laid charges in relation to a fatal motor vehicle collision that took place on January 6, 2022 in the area of Southdale Road East and Nixon Drive.
As a result of the investigation, Clay Kuzio, 22, of London, has been charged by way of summons with the following Criminal Code offences:
