UPDATE – LONDON, ON (July 26, 2024) – The victim in this matter, Darko Lukic, 48, of London, has died in hospital. Members of the LPS Major Crime Section, in collaboration with the Chief Coroner’s Office, continue to investigate.

16-year-old boy arrested

LONDON, ON (July 26, 2024) – A teenaged boy is facing a number of charges after a weapons investigation in the north end of the city earlier this week.

At approximately 9:50 p.m., on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, a group of youths were in the 100-block of Sunningdale Road East when they were approached by four teenaged males wearing ski masks. The youths ran from the suspect males, however one of them, a 13-year-old boy, was stopped by the male suspects.
