LONDON, ON (August 5, 2025) – A London man has been arrested and charged after members of the London Police Service investigated a sexual assault that occurred last week in the east end of the city.

On Friday, August 1, 2025 between 4 and 5 a.m., a woman walking on Dundas Street between Adelaide and Lyle streets was approached by a man in a vehicle. The two engaged in conversation before the woman entered the vehicle of the suspect male.

UPDATE - LONDON, ON (August 5, 2025) – As a result of the ongoing investigation into the death of a London man, the London Police Service Major Crime Section has laid a charge against the suspect in custody.

Khamis Toto, 30, of London, has been charged with one count of second-degree murder.
