Replica firearm seized

LONDON, ON (June 16, 2025) – A London man was arrested over the weekend after he was observed to be in possession of a firearm.

On Saturday, June 14, 2025, at approximately 12:30 a.m., a citizen contacted the London Police Service after witnessing a male enter a residence on Allen Place while holding a firearm.

Several officers attended and a suspect male was arrested without incident.

There were no reported injuries.

London man facing charges

LONDON, ON (June 16, 2025) – A London man was arrested over the weekend in relation to a hate-motivated assault that took place earlier this month in the north end of the city.

On June 6, 2025, at approximately 9:30 p.m., a man was walking in a parking lot  in the 1200-block of Fanshawe Park Road West when a vehicle approached him.

Three suspects identified

UPDATE - LONDON, ON (June 13, 2025) – Members of the London Police Service Street Crime Unit have identified three of the six suspects in relation to a robbery investigation last month.

Helena Macuei, 21, and Yar Anyoun, 19, both of London have been jointly charged by way of warrant of arrest for assault.
