ICE UNIT INVESTIGATION
London man facing charges
LONDON, ON (November 14, 2025) – A London man was arrested yesterday morning by members of the LPS Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit in relation to possession of suspected child pornography.
In August of 2025, members of the London Police Service commenced an investigation after the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) made them aware of information involving a London man.
On Thursday, November 13, 2025, a search warrant was executed at a residence on Empire Street.
A male suspect was arrested.
Electronic devices were seized. Evidence of suspected child pornography was located.
As a result of the investigation, Matthew Kelledjian, 33, of London, has been charged with the following offences:
- Breach order from sexual offence conviction; and
- Possession of child pornography.
The accused remains in custody and is expected to appear in London court today in relation to the charges.
London Police Service is a member of the Provincial Strategy to protect children from sexual abuse and exploitation on the internet. The Strategy has been made possible by a grant from the Ministry of the Solicitor General.
