COLLISION IN THE SOUTH END OF CITY

Please avoid the area

 

LONDON, ON (January, 14th, 2022) – Members of the London Police Service are currently investigating a motor vehicle collision that took place.

At approximately 5:30 p.m. emergency crews responded to the area of Wellington Rd and Dearness Drive, in relation to a two-vehicle collision.

Both drivers were transported to hospital with minor injuries.

Police are still on scene and are asking citizens to avoid the area of Wellington...

 Remain Vigilant While Using Debit Cards

UPDATE – LONDON, ON (January 13, 2022) – Members of the London Police Service Financial Crime Unit continue to investigate a string of reported frauds involving a vehicle purported to be a taxi cab.

More than 35 incidents have been reported to the London police.  It is believed that at least two of these fraudulent taxi cabs were operating at the same time.

OAKRIDGE DRIVE ARSON INVESTIGATION 

UPDATE – LONDON, ON (January 10, 2022) – Members of the LPS Street Crime Unit are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying a suspect in an arson that occurred on December 14, 2021. 

Video surveillance has been obtained. 

The suspect is described as wearing dark clothing, with a hooded sweater.

LONDON, ON (January 9, 2022) –The London Police Service is asking the public to avoid the area of Wellington Street and King Street due to a serious collision.

At approximately 6:16 a.m., emergency crews responded to the area for a report of a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle.
